Why don't you accept PayPal?

Modified on Tue, 14 Feb, 2023 at 12:42 PM

As of August 1st, 2022, we've re-enabled PayPal payments!

We previously disabled PayPal because their policies don't reasonably accommodate pre-orders. While PayPal will be active outside of pre-order periods, we must disable PayPal payments during preorders because our preorder terms do not abide by the PayPal pre-seller policy:

PayPal’s preselling requirements
If you’d like to presell items in an online store, keep in mind you’ll need to guarantee delivery within 20 days from the date of purchase and also let your customers know they’re buying a presale item.
—PayPal

We happily and diligently inform our customers that products are on pre-order, but our supply chain is not capable of manufacturing and shipping items within the required 20 day period.

If you are having trouble checking out with PayPal and there isn't an ongoing pre-order, please reach out!
