Some carriers take a bit of time to update tracking.
If your tracking link says "Label Created", your package is likely waiting to be picked up, or has been picked up and is on its way to the carrier's sorting facility. Give it a few days and it should update.
If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, please reach out to us to investigate.
Note: If you place an order within a week of our launch date your package will likely be delayed as our fulfillment partner is managing a higher than normal volume of orders.
