Tracking Your Order

Via Carmico Account

Desktop

1. Navigate to your Account by clicking the Account link at the top right
2. Login.
3. Find your order number in the table containing your orders.
4. Click the order number that you want to track.

Mobile

1. Open the 'burger' menu at the top left. 
2. Click Account.
3. Login.
4. Find your order number in the table containing your orders.
5. Click the order number that you want to track.

Via Email

1. Locate your Order Confirmed, Order Shipped, or Order Delivered email notification through your preferred email service.
2. Open the email and click the View your order button.

The link will bring you to your order page which displays all available tracking information for your order.
