Missing Confirmation Emails

Once a payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.


If you have not received a confirmation email, please check both your Spam and Promotions folders. 


If you still cannot find it, please contact us with the email and name associated with the order. We can resend the confirmation email for your records. 


We may ask for further information such as the last 4 digits of the card used to make the purchase if we still cannot find your order.
