You can add this insurance onto your order at checkout. 

We highly, highly recommend protecting your order, as packages unfortunately do get stolen or go missing in transit. 

Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged orders.

If Route refuses your claim for reimbursement or a replacement, please contact us with the reason you filed a claim. We can still try our best to assist you even if Route cannot!
