If your package has been marked as delivered but is not in your mailbox, please first contact the delivery service and/or your mailroom attendant (if you live in a building with this service).
It is possible that the package was either incorrectly scanned, misplaced, or was delivered to the wrong mailbox.
We suggest you also check with your neighbours to see if they received it by accident.
If none of these options provide you with any answers, it is possible your parcel was stolen. Please contact us with your order number and details so that we can look into this issue.
If you purchased Route Package Protection you can file a claim with Route at any time for a speedy resolution.
We highly recommend purchasing the Route Package Protection at checkout to protect your package in the case of theft.
