If you made the mistake when entering your address during checkout: we must send you an invoice for additional shipping. Get in touch with us and we will send you an invoice with a charge based on your region's shipping rates. Our free shipping service does not prevent additional shipping costs.
If the carrier made the mistake and delivered your package to the wrong address, contact us immediately. We also recommend contacting your building management if you live in a shared building.
