Incorrect Bank Statement Charges

Sometimes when you place an order online, the payment portal will place a temporary hold/charge on your payment method. This may appear as a double charge. These are temporary holds for verification purposes and will fall off within 1-2 weeks, often identified by the Pending tag. 


If you believe you have been charged twice, please contact us immediately with a screenshot and your order number.
