Customs and Taxes

Any order placed outside of North America will be subject to import fees, VAT, duties, customs or import fees of which you are responsible. 

Please visit your local government's website to familiarize yourself with the associated costs. If you cannot find any information regarding import fees, feel free to contact us. 

If you feel that you were overcharged for customs, please send us a copy of your import invoice so that we can investigate.

Please note, we cannot mark orders as gifts or lower their value to avoid import fees.
