In short, holds are typically not allowed.
Holding orders to be combined with future orders requires excessive management for our warehouse team that leads to mis-shipped items and other order mistakes. For the sake of order accuracy and to reduce the burden on our warehouse team, we do not allow customers to put holds on orders for combined shipping.
If you have an address related issue and simply want your order to be shipped later we may be able to make an exception at the discretion of our warehouse team.
