Return Window

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Simply input your order number along with the email or phone number that you used for the order using the return portal.

Returns are free as long as you select the drop-off option. Please be careful when choosing the return method as it cannot be changed.

Note: Delivery window can only be measured from the date of fulfillment which can sometimes cause timing issues when returning items from an order that took longer than usual to deliver. Please contact us if the portal denies your return despite being within the 60 days.
