We offer a few different reimbursement methods for customers who are unhappy with their order.
? Payment Method: Refunded to your original payment method minus the cost of the label.
? Store Credit: Returns are completely free. You will receive an email containing a gift card code for the full amount once your return is processed. This code will not expire but if you lose it please contact us so that we can send you the code again.
? Exchange: Shipping is completely free both ways. We will send you an email to confirm your exchange and create a new exchange order to hold your items. The exchange order will be shipped when we receive your return package.
We do our best to work with exchanges but the nature of online purchases makes exchanges difficult. We do not guarantee product availability. If something comes up that prevents us from fulfilling the exchange (ie. product is unavailable) we will discuss options for equivalent compensation.
