The exception to normal fulfillment times is when we activate our Launch Deferral program. We activate Launch Deferral when we expect fulfillment to take longer than usual; typically around new line launches, significant sales, or during the Christmas season.
You will know that Launch Deferral is active by checking our shipping page, or the shipping section of a product page.
If Launch Deferral is deactivated but you haven't received any updates to your order within 1-3 business days, please contact us.
